Exciting Opportunity : Join Our Client's Team as an SMT Programmer – $26-$34 / hour!
Full-Time | 40 hours / week Henrietta / Rochester, NY Area

What You'll Be Doing :
- Lead the Charge : Develop & set up assembly programs for Pick-N-Place SMT line operations, maximizing efficiency & performance.
- Data Precision : Review & validate customer data using AEGIS FLx & other CAM software to ensure flawless operations.
- Design & Innovate : Create PCB array / panel drawings & optimize SMT processes using AutoCAD software.
- Vendor Collaboration : Coordinate with PCB fabrication & stencil vendors to ensure smooth production.
- Troubleshoot & Improve : Tackle SMT assembly & quality issues while continuously improving manufacturing workflows & methods.
