Key Responsibilities
- Apply adult learning concepts in delivering educational programs.
- Teach classes and assist other instructors in classroom and work settings.
- Utilize standardized courses and instructor evaluation processes.
- Assist with annual education needs assessments as input for strategic education programs.
- Track competencies and skills for SSC staff using a training database.
- Provide training reports to SSC managers and directors.
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct philosophy and Mission and Value Statement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Virtual facilitation experience.
- Proficiency with WebEx Meeting Center.
- Experience in systems training (preferably UKG iSeries or UKG Dimensions).
- HealthStream experience.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Required: Associate's Degree (or equivalent work experience).
- Prolonged sitting, occasional bending, stooping, and stretching.
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity for office equipment.
- Normal range of hearing and eyesight for communication and report preparation.
- Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Office-based work, which may be stressful at times.
- Flexibility and availability for staffing during emergencies or disasters.
