What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trusts and Estates Paralegal position at Nesco Resource?
A major client of ours is seeking an experienced Trusts and Estates Paralegal with a minimum of five years of expertise in planning and administration for our Uniondale office.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and accountants to manage various aspects of trusts and estates matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and computer skills, particularly in Excel. A Paralegal Certification from an ABA-approved program is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all phases of trusts and estates administration.
- Extensive knowledge of Surrogate's Court rules and procedures, including probate, administration, and accounting proceedings, is essential.
- Experience with estate tax return preparation is a plus.
