Job Description
The DC Fulfillment Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate shipments to our customers. This position involves distribution order picking, stocking, packaging, and other material handling and inventory control tasks. Additionally, the specialist may be required to assist within other areas of Warehouse Operations, including material control, traffic, or others as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders efficiently and accurately using forklift and/or other material handling equipment
- Loading and unloading trucks as needed
- Processing stock transfers and material requests
- Following all provided control procedures and policies to complete tasks
Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous forklift experience (counterbalance, stock picker, reach truck) preferred, with the ability to become certified if none
- General proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
