Main Responsibilities:
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks (certification/training provided)
- Complete daily equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure safety and functionality
- Move, stock, and deliver materials to proper areas based on team instructions
- Help with inventory counts and track stock levels accurately
- Enter data and process paperwork using systems like Excel, Word, and inventory software
- Inspect shipments for damage or shortages and report any issues promptly
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow all company policies related to safety, quality, and food-grade materials (as applicable)
- Attend safety meetings and support a safe, hazard-free work environment
- Adhere to all safety rules including proper lifting, PPE usage, and lockout/tagout procedures
- Support product quality and cleanliness standards
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior warehouse or material handling experience is a plus
- Ability to operate or learn to operate powered industrial trucks
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
