What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper-LTS-Food Service position at Neshaminy School District?
The Neshaminy School District has an opening for a long term substitute, part time - 12 month / 5 hour per day food service Bookkeeper. This is a Food Service Office position and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining accurate and complete records of Food Service financial transactions, including receipts and purchases and monitoring budgetary information.
Essential functions include, but are not limited to, maintaining records of cafeteria sales and accounts receivables, prepare bank deposits and reconciliation; assist in audit preparation and prepare, monitor and submit reports.
Qualifications include : Prior accounting experience with computer database management skills, organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, basic bookkeeping, proficiency in preparing business correspondence and reports. Must be service-oriented and able to deal effectively with people while maintaining confidentiality.
