- High School diploma or GED
- Demonstrated knowledge and proper use of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to use correct portion size for serving food, follow menus, and recipes
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, stretch, bend and lift greater than 20 pounds when required
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Work rotation of shifts as needed
- Ability to read and write
- Follow written and oral instructions
- Excellent customer relation skills and dependable
