Position Overview:
You will be a key player in our client success stories, discovering and migrating legacy client systems, understanding business requirements and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. Your expertise will guide clients through the entire project lifecycle, from initial discovery to implementation and optimization.
This is a hybrid position with a focus on delivering top-notch Salesforce implementations, customizations, configuration and training services to our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Rely on Salesforce best practices and out-of-the-box configure vs. code methodologies to deliver high-quality implementations.
- Discover and investigate ambiguous existing client systems without much guidance and lead projects to reconstruct them in Salesforce.
- Make configuration changes in Salesforce as an on-hand admin.
- Be able to learn, comprehend and extract requirements from non-Salesforce systems.
- Familiarity with the Agile framework and experience in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, providing expert guidance on how Salesforce can address their needs.
- Manage development priority and backlog for a Salesforce application in collaboration with client product owners and technical teams.
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews to gather and document detailed functional requirements.
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder flows, and other declarative features.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions, providing input on data migration, integrations, and customization efforts.
- Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Product Owner.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and at least one Salesforce Consultant certification required.
- Handling a previous org migration is strongly preferred.
- Any experience with business automation tools such as Appian, UIPath, Microsoft Power BI is preferred.
- Experience working with AI tools such as Einstein Copilot or Google Claude is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
