Job Overview
We are seeking a Lead Remediation Technician (Supervisor in Training) to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing mitigation projects, ensuring top-quality workmanship, and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping people. If you have experience in restoration or as a finish carpenter, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Working with our Remediation Manager and Project Managers, you will perform inspections on homes and businesses to assess damage. Your job will be to set up camera equipment and take comprehensive photos of the damage and report back to managers. You will be climbing in attics and crawl spaces daily.
- After customers approve bids, you will be in charge of leading a team of technicians to remediate the damage. This will include overseeing and assisting with job site activities, ensuring all work meets company standards and industry regulations.
- You must be able to maintain detailed job records using mobile software.
- You are your team will be responsible for ensuring all tools, materials, and equipment are prepared for each job, monitored during each job, and removed and cleaned at the end of each job.
- You will make sure the team is adhering to all safety and compliance requirements of our industry.

- Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, reach, and be on your feet for long periods of time and work in a construction environment
- Willingness to work in varying uncomfortable environments where you will experience tight spaces, strong odors, crawling in the dirt, mud or gravel, bugs, rodents or other animals and other situations that may arise during the remediation process.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Idaho driver's license with a clean DMV record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in finish carpentry, construction, or restoration
- IICRC certification (Water, Fire, or Mold Remediation)
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
