Job Summary
We are seeking a Preroll Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality cannabis prerolls, ensuring compliance with labeling standards, and maintaining daily production targets. This is a full-time position based in our facility with potential for long-term growth within the company.
Core Responsibilities
- Accurately pack 600–800 prerolls per day using company-specified procedures and equipment.
- Insert prerolls into individual tubes and ensure each is sealed properly.
- Label each preroll tube with the appropriate state-compliant packaging labels.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet hygiene and compliance standards.
- Assist with inventory management of cones, cannabis flower, labels, and tubes.
- Meet daily/weekly production goals while maintaining consistency and product quality.
- Follow all company SOPs and state regulatory guidelines for cannabis handling and packaging.
Qualifications
- High attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a repetitive production environment.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to pass a state-mandated background check.
- Previous cannabis industry or production experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.

- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
