Job Description: Crane Rental and Transportation Dispatcher
Title: Dispatcher
Department: Operations North Division
Reports To: Operations Manager
Job Objective: Responsible for the daily strategic coordination of personnel and equipment to customers job sites in a safe and efficient manner. Supports the customers and Project Managers to ensure that all information is timely, accurate and transparent inside of operational software at all times. Provides excellent customer service to all NCCR’s customers and employees.
Responsibilities:· Organize, develop and deploy company personnel and assets as defined by project managers to meet the requirements of our company and customers on a daily basis.· Oversee and maintain daily, weekly and monthly equipment schedule.· Track all company assets and personal to insure their accurate location at all times.· Work and communicate systematically with operational team members daily to prepare the work scope for the next day.· Develop relationships and communicate meticulously with craft labor crew to insure operational excellence.· Collaborate and thoroughly communicate with company project managers to ensure all projects are meticulously understood and systematically executed for maximum efficiency.· Dispatch company personnel and equipment within all safety requirements of the company, customers and all state and federal laws.

Job Specifications:
- 3-5 Years of experience in dispatching and operational coordination
- Outstanding personal and communication skills
- Ability to work within a fast paced changing environment
- Team Player with positive attitude
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and windows operating systems.
- Current and valid Driver’s license
- Drug Free work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
