Position Overview: The Financial Planner will work directly with Advisors and clients to develop, execute, and monitor individualized financial plans that address a range of financial needs, including investment management, retirement planning, tax strategies, and estate planning. We are currently working on deepening our service offering through financial planning. This role will play a key part in developing, implementing and managing the Nesso financial planning process. This role requires deep financial knowledge, strategic thinking, and a passion for guiding clients toward achieving their financial goals.

As Financial Planner your key responsibilities are:
- Plan Development: Design and present customized financial plans that incorporate investment, tax, insurance, estate, and retirement strategies tailored to each client’s unique situation.
- Ongoing Management: Monitor and adjust financial plans as clients’ goals, needs, or life circumstances change; conduct regular reviews to ensure plans remain on track.
- Investment Guidance: Offer advice on investment strategies based on current market trends and the client's risk tolerance, helping clients build well-balanced portfolios.
- Financial Education: Provide clear, insightful guidance to clients about financial concepts, helping them make informed decisions with confidence.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all planning activities comply with applicable regulations, standards, and best practices; maintain up-to-date records and documentation.
- Collaboration: Work with other professionals within the firm (Financial Advisors, tax specialists, insurance advisors, estate planning professionals, etc.) to provide integrated financial solutions for clients.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients and potential clients through networking, client events, and educational workshops.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various team members to develop, implement and manage financial planning for all clients.
This is ideal for you if you meet these required qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of [5-7 years] experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Certifications: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required. Additional certifications (CFA, CPA, ChFC) are beneficial.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial planning software (preferably Right Capital) and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems (Redtail) is preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and develop actionable recommendations.
- Client-Focused Mindset: A high level of integrity, professionalism, and dedication to helping clients achieve their financial goals.
