Job Duties and Responsibilities
Overview
The Inside Sales Associate role is to support development and maintenance of our community of Nessy users across the United States, whilst demonstrating a good understanding of Nessy values, products and services. The Inside Sales Associate will be answering customer queries, preparing proposals and invoice requests, and provide implementation and training sessions.
The Inside Sales Associate is in charge of processing orders, customer retention, trial management and invoice requests for our school customers, as well as responding to any queries they have.
- They work alongside the Sales and Implementation Specialists and team, to ensure that queries and orders from key customers are identified and referred or dealt with in an appropriate manner.
- The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring that all customer queries are responded to, and customer orders and invoice requests are processed, within 48hrs of receipt.
- Where processes for managing product trials or customer account management/retention require it, or where support is required for key projects or initiatives, the Inside Sales Associate leads the necessary administration tasks required to manage these, supported by the Sales Manager.
- The Inside Sales Associate will create and provide implementation, training, and support sessions and materials to assigned customers.
- Where required, the Inside Sales Associate will support the Sales Manager and other team members by attending industry conferences and events to promote Nessy products and services.
- Along with the rest of the Sales Team, the Inside Sales Associate is responsible for the achievement of team sales targets.
- They will keep their knowledge of Nessy products and services up to date and adhere to Nessy values in all that they do.
Experience:
- School Based Sales
- Experience supporting neurodiverse learners
- Teaching experience or experience working within a school or district office
- Microsoft Office
- HubSpot or experience working with CRM systems
