Our new early childhood center is growing, and we’re looking for Toddler Teachers who are nurturing, energetic, and passionate about guiding toddlers through their most important developmental years.

Your Day-to-Day as a Toddler Teacher:
- Create a safe, warm, and engaging classroom environment
- Support toddlers’ growth in independence, self-help, and communication
- Encourage sensory exploration, movement, and early social skills
- Maintain consistent routines and provide loving guidance
- Collaborate with your teaching team and communicate with families daily
- Keep the classroom clean, organized, and aligned with licensing and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Experience working with toddlers (preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person!)
- Patience, creativity, and a calm, responsive demeanor
- Ability to lift, bend, and engage in active play
- CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must meet Minnesota DHS Rule 3 requirements for toddler teachers
- Able to pass FBI fingerprinting and background checks
