We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead our US Medical Nutrition (MN) Marketing function. This role requires 10-15 years of commercial experience in increasing responsibility, with 7 years in marketing specialty products. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, MBA preferred, but not essential. Launch experience in US and outside US geographies is necessary.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the MN marketing vision and strategy, driving innovation, and renovating current marketing strategies to boost brand performance. You will also establish effective frameworks, metrics, and strategies for brand building and channel marketing.
Key responsibilities include:

- Working with US collaborative partners to embed the brand Plan, and through your team, partner on local execution
- Establishing effective frameworks, metrics, and strategies for brand building and channel marketing
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and organizational experience. Proven leadership experience, ability to work cross-functionally, and successful experience achieving and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulatory, legal, and operational rules are essential.
