As a Manufacturing Excellence Expert, you’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites. This role requires a strong focus on leadership, collaboration, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to achieve a zero-loss mindset and enhance overall efficiency.

  • This position will require 50-75% travel**
  • Lead and implement continuous improvement strategies across manufacturing sites to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity
  • Collaborate with site managers and teams to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans
  • Facilitate training or workshops on continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, TPM) to empower teams
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and report progress to senior leadership
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across all levels of the organization
  • Influence cross-functional teams to adopt best practices and ensure alignment with corporate goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in operations leadership, with a proven track record in continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
  • 2 years of experience in leading and implementing Total Performance Management (TPM) or Manufacturing Excellence (Continuous Improvement) initiatives in a factory role

Other

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $108,000 to $148,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
