POSITION SUMMARY

More than small-town charm and one-of-a-kind views of the Mississippi, Clinton has been our cherished "home" since 1969. In the General Labor role, you’ll train in various areas of the production environment to effectively provide support to your assigned position while always adhering to safety policies and procedures. Ensure top-notch maintenance and cleanliness of equipment as you learn to operate and maintain different areas of the production facility. Build a long-term career with us as you uncover valuable insights about our processes and develop your skill set in this role.

• Ensure a clean and safe production environment including sanitation, sweeping, cleaning of machinery, and removing trash and recycling.
• Regularly lift items up to 57 pounds safely.
• Operate walkie, sweeper, and scrubber safely.
• Perform dye making and drying activities.
• Assist production team with changeovers.
• Develop working knowledge of production equipment and operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Other

• 6 months experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, military or related fast paced environment preferred.
• Must be open to work off shifts and weekends as needed.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $21.05 an hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
