Senior IT Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain factory information systems, including computer hardware, software, networking, databases, and manufacturing applications.
• Manage core operational systems and provide advanced factory floor support.
• Assist with project management and IT compliance standards.
• Provide analytical, technical, and developmental expertise for existing and future factory computer-related hardware and systems.
• Evaluate, develop, document, and maintain in-house information and data collection systems.
• Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot computer-related hardware, software, database, network, communication, and multimedia systems.
• Maintain reliability and improve factory floor solutions to support manufacturing goals.
• Ensure compliance and factory readiness for data backup, disaster recovery, security, and authorization policies.
• Plan and coordinate local implementation of new Nestlé Purina software and respond to users' requests using sound business judgment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 4 years of IT experience, including system operations and hardware support – OR – 2-year technical degree or certification with 2 years of relevant experience.
