">This is a Quality Assurance role where you will provide technical support for our factory regarding all quality aspects during production while upholding safety and quality standards. You will oversee processes to ensure products produced adhere to the standards of quality and food safety.
">Main Responsibilities

- Lead operational support and improvement activities for the quality stream including QA checks, problem solving, project implementation, and standard creation. ">
- Act as the shift Champion for Quality and serve as the QA technical expert for your area of responsibility. ">
- Provide related coaching to all associates. ">
- Maintain QA programs including Quality Collaboratives, References and Proficiency samples. ">
Required Skills and Qualifications

- A High School Diploma or GED. ">
- 6 months experience working in a lab, quality, food manufacturing, or related environment. ">
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% for training purposes. ">
