Their time will be split across making content and engaging with consumers on behalf of our brands. We’re looking for someone who can spot a trend and either bring an ownable piece of content to life or join the conversation via comments. This role requires a blend of creativity and action, thriving in the fast pace of social media and storytelling.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Creating social media content (both static and video) on a daily basis; liaising with creatives and social media team.Overseeing the production of short / medium form content from beginning to end (includes filming, photographing, lighting, editing, sound design, and distribution).Maintaining an understanding perspective to support business needs in a fast-paced organization.Generating ideas, conceptual storytelling, and strategic thinking.Developing and executing creative video concepts for digital and social usage.Collaborating with the creative and production teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with client goals.Understanding our audience deeply.Staying ahead of industry trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas.Crafting personalized communications that foster authentic connections.Monitoring engagement metrics and adjusting strategies based on performance data to optimize results.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS : At least 1 year in a content creation role for a brand, agency, or similar organization.Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.Proficient in at least one video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DeVinci Resolve, etc.) and motion graphics tool (After Effects, Fusion, Blender, etc.).Willingness to learn and use project management tools like Monday.com, Airtable, and SharePoint.PREFERRED SKILLS : Excellent storytelling and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and seek additional support when needed.Fluent in understanding modern consumer needs.Active participation in health and wellness / movement communities on these platforms is a plus.This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, NJ, Chicago, IL, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, or Long Island, NY.The approximate pay range for this position is $75,000.00 to $85,000.00.
