Associate Specialty Sales Executive - Independent Pharmacy and Nutrition (Remote)

Position Summary :

The Associate Specialty Sales Executive – HCP is responsible for driving profitable growth amongst targeted specialists and prescribers. This position executes a focused messaging strategy and leverages business solutions based on evidence and outcome data for Pure Encapsulations while also supporting Atrium Professional brands.

This position is responsible for growing sales to exceed targets via prospecting, profiling, and detailing while engaging with customers through live virtual, face-to-face, and phone interactions.

Location : This role is remote and covers the Western part of the United States, preferably with the candidate living in the Los Angeles, CA area.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Focus on driving strategic brand growth amongst targeted specialists and prescribers.
  • Meet / exceed sales and profit objectives in assigned territories.
  • Create access points for product availability early in the selling cycle.
  • Flawlessly execute against Launch Excellence.
  • Display strategic thinking by aligning HCP specialty to products that meet patient needs.
  • Deliver financial benefits based on research evidence.
  • Meet / exceed required call activity to optimize time within accounts.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to create access and demand for products.
  • Implement marketing journeys to target the right customer with the right message.
  • Cultivate long-term customer relationships and build networks within assigned accounts.
  • Organize meetings and deliver content to health care professionals.
  • Participate in training and conventions to expand knowledge.
  • Adopt new technology for customer engagement.
  • Attend in-person meetings and travel as needed (20% ).

Experience and Education Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years medical / clinical selling experience or 5 years combined sales experience.
  • Consistently meets and exceeds sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling in a virtual environment.
  • Ability to develop solid business relationships with strategic customers.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in medical / clinical selling, especially account management.
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills.
  • Highly motivated, articulate, and self-directed.
  • Computer literacy with advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Compensation : The approximate pay range for this position is $80,000.00 to $100,000.00. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as knowledge and geographic location.
