We are hiring a Industrial Services Technician at Nestlé’s Medford manufacturing facility who will directly contribute to the production of household pizza brands known and loved by American families.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
- Schedule: Core hours will be 2p-10p Monday-Friday, with some weekend work and overtime.
- Starting hourly pay of $30.15/hr with an additional $1.50/hr 2nd shift differential
- $5,000 Signing Bonus
- Quarterly Incentives

- Three weeks of paid time in your first year and 11 paid holidays
- Maintain, operate, and service the following systems and areas for the plant:
- The Refrigeration/Boiler Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of all Ammonia Refrigeration machinery, Steam Boilers, and Compressed Air systems.
- Able to observe good manufacturing practices (GMPs), USDA and OSHA policies, as well as food handling procedures.
- Refrigeration/Boiler Technicians usually work indoors, they may be exposed to chemicals and extreme temperatures when servicing equipment
EDUCATION:
- High school Diploma or GED is preferred
- Required: Prior HVAC experience or Industrial Ammonia Plant experience
