Supply Chain Assistant

Role Summary: The Supply Chain Assistant ensures excellent service and commercial success by managing the order and delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage orders and the fulfillment process to ensure high customer service levels.

•Support the commercial team with KPIs, inventory, and other challenges.

•Act as the main contact for the company and the 3PL warehouse, managing inventory and communications.

•Coordinate POS material distribution and support the operational team.

•Ensure order fulfillment and communicate with customers to deliver the best service.

•Align order processing with supply chain partners and complete the order administration cycle.

•Manage warehouse activities and distribution efficiently, focusing on cost control and continuous improvement.

•Handle inventory accuracy and warehouse activity monitoring.

•Support cross-department operations efforts.

•Manage SAP/EDI systems and become an expert in these operations.

Education & Experience:

•Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or operations preferred, or 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.

•Excellent Excel skills required.

•SAP experience a plus.

The approximate pay range for this position is $50,000.00 to $52,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
