About the Job
This exciting opportunity is for a highly skilled Lead Accounting Coordinator to join our team. As a member of our finance operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.
- Identify areas for improvement in plant procedures, policies, and practices
- Collaborate with factory team members to conduct audits and develop action plans
- Analyze data to optimize financial performance and identify cost savings opportunities
- Work with key departments to develop and implement strategic initiatives
- Assist in the budget process by working with the Controller and overseeing department budgets
- Complete costing of new materials
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 2 years of accounting or data analysis experience in a manufacturing, agricultural, military, or related environment
The salary range for this position is $48,000 - $69,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
