POSITION SUMMARY :
The Consultant - Transportation (Customer Focused) is responsible for working cross-functionally to drive improvement in customer initiatives. This position will play a critical role in enhancing on-time delivery, payload efficiency, customer pickup processes, and sustainability efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excel in collaboration and change management, and have a keen analytical mindset. Furthermore, a deep understanding of the overall transportation strategy and industry insights is essential.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drive Customer Initiatives : Enhance customer experience by improving on-time delivery, payload efficiency, and customer pickup processes.
- Sustainability Efforts : Lead initiatives aimed at increasing sustainability within transportation operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment and effective implementation of customer-focused strategies.
- Leadership : Provide direction and guidance to teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

The approximate pay range for this position is $111,725 to $162,750 Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
