Position Summary

Quality Assurance and Nestl Purina Analytical Laboratories department is comprised of talented individuals who possess a genuine love for pets and their families. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll facilitate customer service requests and enter submitted data samples into the laboratory information management system (LIMS). Come prepared to solve problems and communicate with other departments.

  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external customer service inquiries
  • Manage Customer samples / project needs and serve as a liaison between customers and laboratory personnel
  • Prioritize and manage submitted samples to ensure timely processing
  • Assist customers in obtaining analytical data
  • Receiving submitted samples and service requests
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years of equivalent professional experience
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service and / or administrative role
  • Other

  • Bachelor's degree specifically in a scientific or related field is preferred
  • 1 years of professional or academic experience in a science or laboratory related field is preferred
  • Must be willing to work Tuesday through Saturday from 8 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM
  • The approximate pay range for this position is $43,000.00 to $62,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position. Nestl offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with Company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
