Position Summary
Quality Assurance and Nestl Purina Analytical Laboratories department is comprised of talented individuals who possess a genuine love for pets and their families. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll facilitate customer service requests and enter submitted data samples into the laboratory information management system (LIMS). Come prepared to solve problems and communicate with other departments.
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external customer service inquiries
- Manage Customer samples / project needs and serve as a liaison between customers and laboratory personnel
- Prioritize and manage submitted samples to ensure timely processing
- Assist customers in obtaining analytical data
- Receiving submitted samples and service requests
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols

The approximate pay range for this position is $43,000.00 to $62,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
