The Distributor Sales Representative is responsible for selling Nestl USA products to the company's retail partners. This role is centered on selling new item introductions, marketing promotions, line extensions, merchandising and maintenance of existing product lines. In some instances, this position will be responsible for training new sales employees.
This role is designed to develop the future sales leaders of Nestl and support our Nestle Premium Waters (NPW) and Ready to Drink Beverage divisions within Nestl USA's portfolio. Our focus is on elevating iconic brands, including Essentia, San Pellegrino, Acqua Panna, Perrier, and Nesquik. As part of the NPW Sales team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience by supporting key objectives aimed at cultivating demand, equity, and elevating our internationally produced water, premium waters, and Modern Milks. This is an exciting opportunity to support timeless brands recognized around the world!

This is a field based role supporting the Los Angeles County area and the ideal candidate should be located in Los Angeles County to Orange County.
Key Responsibilities :
Store Sales :
- Assume complete responsibility for store activity and development within a territory.
- Execute promotionally effective marketing and sales programs at store level.
- Establish and achieve retail sales goals and objectives for territory.
- Increase store sales volume within territory.
- Suggest creative sales and marketing concepts to Management.
- Ensure that authorized distributions are present within assigned retail accounts.
- Capitalize on retail distribution opportunities at store level and communicate competitive distribution gains

The approximate pay range for this position is $65,000.00 to $75,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
