Job Description:
- Influence and design supply demand analysis for Co-Man initiatives within the NHSc market, translating market processes under mentorship to help define new USA working standards and cost improvements.
- Work with category procurement teams for Nestle USA, Nestle Health Science, and other business partners assigned for projects, collaborating across functional tasks with internal teams for exposure to facility-related projects where applicable.
- Align on manufacturing strategy and technology platforms, supporting the vision accordingly.
- Support Co-Man sourcing strategy, driving cost savings on Co-Man & Co-Pack, and managing scope, gathering data/benchmark, schedule, budget of key projects that meet our Procurement commitments.
- Conduct regular communications around Co-Man sourcing and sustainability activities, ensuring Co-Man vendors agree to RS standards or risk losing business.
