Position Summary
For more than 30 years, our Management Development Associate program has developed our future leaders. As a Management Development Associate, you'll embark on a personal and professional development experience a classroom can't offer.
You'll be coached from the beginning, solidifying your career trajectory to learn and grow as an IT Management Development Associate. By joining Nestl Purina you'll experience information systems, quality assurance, supply chain, engineering, human resources, production, R&D engineering, and operations performance to understand how each of these areas collaborate with information systems. Following from there, you'll experience working to maintain and update all plant computer hardware and software.

Taking the information systems path of our Management Development Associate program is a full-time position that puts you on the fast track to management on the manufacturing side of our business. You are the future leader. Plus, a change in location can offer a whole new perspective. - Assist with maintaining and updating all plant computer hardware / software.
- Perform and maintain appropriate systems analysis for : Customer Oriented Manufacturer Management Systems (COMMS) Applications and Manufacturer Execution systems (MES) Applications
- Assist in the planning and implementation of plant-related Information Systems projects
- Administer and maintain plant data administration function in accordance with Division Manufacturing Systems Architecture
