Key Responsibilities
- Upholding plant policies and procedures to maintain safety, quality, and production standards
- Developing and reporting on safety, quality, and production information for areas of responsibility
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge on business operations to ensure smooth facility operation
The Line Manager also provides guidance, training, and development to new and existing supervisory and hourly personnel. They evaluate and discuss employee performance on safety, quality, behaviors, etc.
Achieving Excellence
- Achieving high levels of asset intensity by reducing unplanned stops, speed loss, waste generation, and optimizing planned downtime performance
