Beyond mass production, the Jefferson factory proudly donates 1.2 million cans of food annually, supporting over 40 animal shelters and organizations. The factory also cares for the environment, conserving water, investing in renewable electricity, and maintaining zero waste for disposal.
The Production Supervisor role provides leadership and guidance to associates to ensure safety, quality, and service/zero waste goals are achieved. By serving as a team leader and problem solver, this role drives Continuous Improvement efforts across the plant, making a positive impact on peers and the company. The supervisor manages shift operations, supervising and directing production while coaching and developing team members.

- Direct supervision of hourly employees, providing flexible support across first, second, and third shifts as needed.
- Setting work schedule for hourly employees, including timekeeping responsibilities, vacation coverage, and overtime coverage.
- Assist in leading and developing continuous improvement projects to achieve factory results.
- Evaluate products produced in compliance with quality key check points and good manufacturing practices.
- Provide a safe working environment for employees by building a strong safety culture.
- Support development and coaching of employees.
- Communicate production activities to other production supervisors and the leadership team.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years' experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.
- 1 years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.
