Position Summary :
The Quality Expert role offers an exciting opportunity to uphold and enhance quality, food safety, safety, and process adherence throughout the Nespresso organization. As the Quality Expert, you will play a vital role in ensuring regulatory compliance in our Boutiques and Warehouses, guaranteeing the highest standards for our esteemed beverage appliances.
We are actively seeking a candidate with a strong background in food quality and small electrical devices. Proficiency in ISO standards, including ISO9001, ISO22000, and HACCP, will be highly valued. Your exceptional project management skills and ability to effectively engage stakeholders will be instrumental in representing Nespresso and driving quality initiatives forward.
As a leader in this role, you will spearhead and support projects aimed at implementing and refining quality-related processes and guidelines. This presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of quality at Nespresso, making a lasting impact on our valued customers and dedicated employees.

Certifications :
- Lead company-wide ISO Certification related to Quality, Safety & Health and Environmetnal, and support other external audits and inspection (health, safety and environment)
- Manage Nespresso USA Document Management System and ensure all documents are listed and followed by all departments
- Coordinate the implementation of company-wide quality assurance processes. Ensure all departments adhere to Nespresso HQ Guidelines, assist departments to write quality related processes, procedures and training documents.
- Create and implement QSHE guidelines for the processes where its missing or incomplete / outdated. Review and update current guidelilnes.

The approximate pay range for this position is $110,000.00 to $120,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
