As the Senior Director of Brand Experience for Nestle Health Science's Lifestyle Brands - Vital Proteins, Garden of Life, Nuun, Carnation Breakfast Essentials and Solgar - you will primarily be responsible for translating commercial priorities into consumer facing strategies, plans and executions that build the brands and drive the businesses.
This critical role will help drive deeper brand relevancy and business growth through the intersection of marketing communications strategy, creative storytelling, channel media strategy (earned, owned, paid), experiential marketing, PR, influencer and creator marketing. You will work closely with internal and external partners to translate commercial priorities into consumer passions and bring to life each brand's role in key moments throughout the wellness calendar.
This role requires someone who can excel in both the traditional aspects of consumer marketing and the modern landscape of digital innovation, creator economy, social commerce, and community building on a portfolio scale. This includes leading the team in :
- Building deep insights into our most relevant customer groups, their lifestyle triggers and journey
- Understanding the "Why" of our brands and translating this to consumer motivating engagement strategies and plans
- Simplifying and decoupling the narrative for our brands to create distinct roles within our portfolio and our consumers' lives
- Creating immersive brand experiences across advertising, content, PR and IRL brand experiences
- Delighting our communities of loyalists and advocates
- Building growth momentum for brands of different sizes and trajectories
This position interacts with nearly every function within the business at a leadership level. The ideal candidate is a strong inspirational team leader who can manage multiple senior stakeholders, has a proven track record of translating business opportunity into communication strategy and execution, as well an understanding of the quickly evolving modern marketing media and creative environment. As a people leader, this candidate should also be effective at enhancing leadership and mentorship within the internal organization and managing agency relationships, demonstrating an ability to empower the teams while providing the vision for growing future Brand relevance, equity, and share.

The approximate pay range for this position is $230,000 to $260,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
