POSITION SUMMARY
Our factory in Dunkirk, located along Lake Erie's Historic Chadwick Bay Harbor, is a hidden gem situated 50 miles southwest of Buffalo, New York. With its picturesque Great Lakes waterfront, beautiful beaches, ski resorts, vineyards, and boutique wineries, our associates take great pride in calling Dunkirk their home. Since its establishment in 1971, the factory has undergone several expansions to accommodate the growing production of beloved household brands such as Pro Plan®, Beggin®, T-Bonz®, and Busy®. Our factory is dedicated to environmental sustainability, implementing measures such as water conservation, renewable electricity investment, and zero waste management.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be a key member of our warehouse team working to keep activities running efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for managing the shipping schedule by directing the activities for loading, unloading, and shipping products. You’ll also work with vendors to order materials and resolve issues.
Perform all clerical duties related to warehouse activity
Develop and maintain positive business relationships with vendors and truck drivers
Ensure on-time delivery of supplies
Update and maintain files, logs, records of invoices, purchase orders, and other related documentation
Accomplish assigned work safely, accurately, productively, and with high quality mindset
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
1 years’ clerical, customer service, inventory, and / or production experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, military, or related fast-paced environment
Other
- Must be comfortable with evening or overnight hours
The approximate pay range for this position is $40,000 to $55,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
