Job Summary :
Maintenance Plannersupports the activity of the Engineering and Maintenance Team, andprovidesplans for Preventive, Predictive, and Project / Backlog Maintenance work. Maintenance Plannerensuresparts and resources are available and ready; Leads execution of the daily Maintenance plan in conjunction with the daily warehouse schedule. This role provides authoritative guidance and support to Electrical-MechanicalTechnicians,Electrical Automation Technicians,and maintenance contractors,acting as a liaison with management ifrequiredand communicates planned activities and assignments.Attends daily, weekly, and monthly operation and leadership meetings asrequested.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Be the site Subject Matter Expert and overseer of the Computerized Maintenance ManagementSystem, AMM
- Planning Predictive / Preventive Maintenancework activities and associated resources such as labor, parts, equipment, and tools, to coincide withdaily, weekly, monthly Distribution Center Operationsplans.
- Entering modifications, improvements or additions made to manufacturing, utilities, and / or other support area equipmentinto AMM
- ProvidingSAP data integrity guidance for team members.Providesupport and training toensuremeaningful and comprehensive information is available.
- Evaluate WorkRequeststo convertto Work Orders or givefeedbackas needed
- Verifying that PM, CBM, and PDM planned and unplanned work is complete, logged, andcollectedfor future evaluation.
- Analyze data, generating and distributing critical metrics and trend analysisreports,providingfeedback to Engineering on potential issues and improvement opportunities.
- Overseestoreroomandmanageparts inventory
- Oversee site assets and equipment classificationassignments
- Assist Site Engineer by coordinating projects as needed (contract execution, contractor coordination, order materials, billing etc.)
- Follow Nestle Maintenance Strategy using Consequence Driven Maintenance (CDM) as the multi-disciplined approach to proactivelymaintain / improve the fixed assets and Asset and Maintenance Management (AMM) as the process to manage the asset lifecycle.
- Execute plans to insure asset reliability and overall site performance.
- Coordinate activities related to routine building maintenance and utilities
- Coordinate with / schedule outside contractors relating to engineering related activities.

The approximate pay range for this position is $64,000 to $102,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
