The Intern will engage in new product development activities such as literature search, recipe development, trial planning and execution, data analysis, and report writing. This position will support one or more active innovation or renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Literature search (internal and external data bases)
- Understand ingredient interactions & effectiveness at various usage levels
- Trial planning / execution at bench & pilot scale. This may include design of experiments
- Interaction with analytical lab and sensory to assess impact of ingredients on final product
- Data collection and analysis
- Report writing
