Position Summary
We have multiple positions available due to an expansion of our factory!
To ensure employee safety, product quality and asset performance while delivering on the time shift / line / area production plan. You will manage a team of approximately 40 employees whichincludes participating inhiring process, employee on-boarding, performance management and corrective action. Dedicated partnership withgroups on site and within NUSA to ensure people are fully aligned with the organization. Practicing, crafting and maintaining a workplace culture thatengages and motivates associates at all levels Focusing on results to deliver success as measured by key performance metrics
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely deployment of the People development plan and assureproficiencies of the team
- Ensure a safe work environment at all times
- Ensure quality objectives are met including regular adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)
- Provide mentorship of employees to fulfill and exceed requirements of the job
- Ensure continuous line Controls and immediate corrective action to assure prescribed quality and to ensure compliance with manufacturing instructions, internal and external regulations, procedures & policies
- Ensure ongoing smooth operations of factory through effective employee and industrial relations management
- Ensurean adequate distribution of skills to enable production plans to be achieved effectively
- Ensure timely launch of new products to Market asagreed upon withthe business unit / area
- Ensure adequate maintenance of installations in coordination with quality, engineering & administration Review daily maintenance effectiveness with Maintenance Mechanic(s) and Team members to find opportunities for improvement Prioritize, schedule, and ensure Maintenance & Repairs are completed to maximize efficiency
