Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.

This position will work 2nd shift: 3pm-11:30pm, Monday - Friday.

The Weigh Room Attendant is responsible for all activities related to the dispensing of raw materials as per a formula. Also, they are responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect, assuring the quality and quantity of products produced.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Dispenses raw materials per a formula independently as well as within a team environment

* Matches all labels with batch records

* Must be able to document process as per formula and SOPs and is responsible for following safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines

* Must be able to load and unload raw materials

* Monitor pharmacy process periodically and report any abnormal conditions to the manager

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) - preferred

* Military experience a plus

* Physical ability to repetitively lift, stand, climb and bend within a manufacturing environment

SKILLS

* Have prior manufacturing experience - preferred

* Ability to write simple correspondence

* Have basic mathematical skills

* Able to respond to verbal and written instructions

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $19.10-$21.68*.Please note that thepayrangeprovidedis a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may varybased on factorsincluding but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
