About The Role
As an AI Engineer at Nestmed, you will play a key role in integrating and fine-tuning AI models across our platform, from audio transcription to real-time model inference. Your work will involve developing scalable data pipelines, refining AI models using expert feedback, and designing workflows that enhance clinician efficiency.

About The Role
As an AI Engineer at Nestmed, you will play a key role in integrating and fine-tuning AI models across our platform, from audio transcription to real-time model inference. Your work will involve developing scalable data pipelines, refining AI models using expert feedback, and designing workflows that enhance clinician efficiency.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with our platform and clinical teams to ensure our AI solutions are accurate, reliable, and aligned with real-world use cases.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and integrate AI solutions using retrieval-augmented generation and inference techniques.
- Design and optimize backend workflows for audio transcription, document processing, and real-time model inference.
- Build scalable data pipelines to transform unstructured data into high-quality datasets for model training.
- Collaborate with clinical experts to create labeling frameworks that enhance model accuracy and usability.
- Fine-tune and deploy open-source large language models (LLMs) to support our inference engine.
- Implement continuous evaluation and improvement cycles to ensure AI models meet high standards for quality, reliability, and efficiency.
- Experienced in AI/ML development with a strong background in deep learning, NLP, or similar areas.
- Proficient in Python and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Comfortable working with large datasets and building robust data pipelines.
- Familiar with model evaluation techniques and best practices for improving AI accuracy and efficiency.
