Job Summary :
As a Bilingual Technical Support & Field Installation Representative , you will be responsible for providing both remote technical support and on-site installation of our products. You will troubleshoot technical issues, assist customers in resolving problems, and travel to customer locations for installation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Support :
- Respond to customer inquiries in English and Spanish via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear technical solutions.
