Job Title: Assistant Event Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Assistant Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of diverse events. As an Assistant Event Coordinator, you will work closely with the Event Coordinator and other team members to ensure that each event runs smoothly and meets our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to obtain quotes and finalize contracts.
  • Manage event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Support the Event Coordinator in budget management by tracking expenses.
  • Help develop event marketing materials and promotional content.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring they meet design specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a professional setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
