Marketing Assistant

Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, conducting market research, coordinating events, and managing marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for brand development and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Coordination
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate marketing initiatives.
Maintain marketing collateral, ensuring all materials are up to date and available as needed.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer insights to support strategy development.
Assist in gathering and analyzing data for marketing reports and campaign performance.
Maintain a database of industry contacts, potential partners, and relevant market information.
Event & Promotional Support
Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, product launches, and customer events.
Handle logistics such as venue bookings, promotional materials, and event coordination.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of event participation and sponsorships.
Sales & Customer Support Collaboration
Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales initiatives.
Prepare presentations, brochures, and proposals to support business development efforts.
Monitor customer feedback and provide insights for marketing improvement.
Administrative & Miscellaneous Support
Assist in the development and proofreading of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate internal communications related to marketing campaigns.
Maintain an organized filing system for marketing documents and resources.
Qualifications :
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
