JOB OVERVIEW
The Inside Sales Rep (ISR) for our Rehab Therapy Business Unit will be responsible for prospecting, pipeline creation, managing volume sales opportunities from creation to close, and partnering with the Field Account Executive and VP of Sales to deliver the full sales bookings target. Specifically, the ISR will contribute to outbound campaign design, development, and prospecting then developing and qualifying sales leads. Additionally, the ISR will respond to inbound leads through all channels to develop and qualify opportunities. Leads generated in strategic accounts will be passed to the Field Account Executive while leads for site additions, product add-ons, and small/medium business will be managed by the ISR. This includes conducting discovery calls, defining opportunities with clients, coordinating demonstrations, building product quotes, presenting pricing proposals, and securing signed contracts.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Outbound prospecting (call, email, social) into target accounts and personas
- Follow-up diligently on inbound leads (MQL’s), and advance the conversation to a scheduled meeting with him/herself or another member of the Sales Team
- Utilize established sales processes, maintaining set sales standards at the highest level
- Serve as the initial point of contact for the Sales team and build the company brand
- Apply knowledge of the Post Acute care setting and Skilled Nursing Facility industry to facilitate prospecting efforts
- Provide information to prospects and customers to inform them about new opportunities to deepen their relationship with Net Health
- Utilize Salesforce.com to track activities, update prospect data, and competitive information according to department guidelines
- Collaborate with our Account Executives to help fill their pipeline with qualified opportunities
- Manage inbound opportunities with existing clients for site additions or module add-ons
- Develop and manage relationships with new and prospective customers to yield a sales pipeline for high volume and high velocity sales to small/medium Skilled Nursing Facility organizations
- Communicate effectively with existing clients and new prospects, set appropriate expectations for next steps in sales opportunities, deliver excellent follow-up to client questions and requirements
- Develop understanding of Net Health sales operations and associated processes to build opportunity records and quotes while managing negotiation and collection of signed agreements
- Team effectively with the Sales Director, Account Executive, Solution Specialist, Account Manager, and Implementation Services team members to meet client and prospect requirements
- Track all activity in the CRM according to department guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working in the post-acute healthcare industry or with Skilled Nursing Facility organizations
- Minimum 3-7 years relevant experience; may have degree or equivalent
- REQUIRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE
- Salesforce or equivalent CRM
