We’re a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) dedicated to delivering top-notch IT services and support to our clients. Our team thrives on collaboration, efficiency, and excellent customer service, and we’re looking for a Service Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our operations.
What You’ll Do
As a Service Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive timely, professional, and efficient support. Your responsibilities will include:
Ticket Management:
- Answer phone calls and emails, create tickets, and ensure they are routed to the right engineers.
- Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLAs are met.
- Follow up on escalated tickets and ensure they’re resolved promptly
- Client Communication:
- Keep clients informed throughout the lifecycle of their tickets.
- Follow up with clients post-ticket closure to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide guidance to clients on using tools like the client portal.
- Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure tickets are handled efficiently.
- “Poke” engineers for updates and encourage timeliness on tickets.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflows.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in the ticketing system.
- Generate and share reports on ticket performance and trends.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and updating documentation.

- Experience in an MSP or IT environment is a plus, but not required.
