- Transcribe depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Produce verbatim transcripts, following specific style guides.
- Collaborate remotely with our in-office team as needed.
- Set your own schedule with work available 24/7/365.
- Experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription.
- Strong listening skills and adherence to deadlines.
- Proficiency in grammar, spelling, and comprehension.
- Familiarity with legal terminology.
- Ability to process challenging audio/text content.
- Comfort with offensive content may be encountered.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Court reporting students will also be considered.
- Not available to residents of Massachusetts or California.
- High-speed internet connection.
- Computer or laptop with Windows 10.
- Noise-canceling headphones.
- Antivirus program with daily updates (Except Webroot antivirus).
- Infinity Foot Pedal recommended.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
