Key Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe audio recordings of depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings.
• Produce verbatim transcripts, meticulously adhering to style guides and legal standards.
• Collaborate with our dedicated in-office team when necessary to ensure quality and precision.
• Effectively manage your time to meet established deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription.
• Exceptional listening abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong literacy skills, including comprehension, spelling, and grammar.
• Proficiency in typing with both speed and accuracy.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and processes.
• Ability to process sensitive audio/text content.
• Capability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

• Significant experience in legal transcription or related fields is essential.
• Court reporting students are also encouraged to apply.
