Senior Project Developer - Renewable Energy
Salary : Circa $DOE up to 30% Bonus LTIP
Location : Houston – Hybrid – 4 days in office - must be local or willing to relocate
As Senior Developer you will be responsible for strategically locating and developing utility
scale renewable energy and industrial infrastructure projects across North America, managing both
schedule and budget. The role will primarily focus on mid to late stage development / project
acquisition and driving them through to COD. There will also be additional responsibility for
identifying and developing organic Greenfield opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :
As a subject matter expert you will play an integral part in the development of utility-scale
energy projects; including site due diligence, securing land control agreements,
environmental and permitting, interconnection, engineering & pre-construction, energy yield,
tax abatements, power marketing, and tax equity financing.
