IT Process Engineer

Requirements:

• 5 years Developing and maintaining clear process documentation using tools like swimlane diagrams, RACI matrices, and SIPOC charts.
• 5 years Identifying inefficiencies, apply Lean methodologies, and implement automation to streamline operations.
• 4 years Analyzing process performance using data to drive improvements and enhance efficiency.
• 5 years aligning process changes with business goals and ensure smooth implementation.
• 4 years Managing multiple process improvement projects, prioritize tasks, and leverage tools like Jira, SharePoint, and Power Apps for execution.

Ideal Candidate:

• Someone that can define the vision.
• 1. Be able to draft detailed description of what the processes will achieve and how it aligns with the company's goals.
• 2. Gather feedback: Share the vision with key stakeholders, including team members, managers, and customers, to gather their input and perspectives.
