Key Responsibilities
This contract position will require a commitment of up to three months (with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs). As an In-Person SDR, you will be responsible for building relationships and trust with restaurant owners, gathering valuable insights about their businesses, and initiating the partnership process.
- You will conduct on-site visits to prospective restaurant partners in your assigned territory, initiating conversations and building relationships.
- Gather key insights about the restaurant's ownership, operations, and current third-party delivery usage.
- Identify objections or concerns preventing restaurants from partnering with DoorDash and document actionable findings.
Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who possesses the following qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, particularly in the restaurant, retail, or SMB space.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with restaurant owners and managers.
- A self-starter mindset, comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
- Proficiency with CRM software to log visit details and insights, with familiarity with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot being a plus.
- Flexibility and mobility, with availability to travel within your assigned territory up to 60% of the time.
