Position: Cardiac Electrophysiology Technician

Shift: Days, 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week

Job Summary

As a Cardiac Electrophysiology Technician, you will assist physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiac diseases and arrhythmias in the Cath/EP Lab. You will specialize in procedures such as PTCA, stent placement, IABP placement, and ablations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in procedures related to cardiac and peripheral vascular diseases.
• Maintain knowledge of electrophysiology and ablation devices.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and care.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CCAHEP accredited program.
• Minimum of 2 years of electrophysiology experience (acute care experience preferred).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Preferred credentials: RCES, Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, CV Tech, or Registered Radiographer (ARRT).
